We are absolutely DYING of heat over here, the temperature is hovering around 98+ degrees and the fan just isn’t cutting it… then THIS comes across my desk; THE bible of bibles, the big, fat, juicy, delicious Fall issue of InStyle.  A gorgeous 15th anniversary edition to boot!  J. Lo’s on the cover looking ravishing in a dress that looks like a sculpture straight out of the MoMA, too stunning to fathom!  I will now spend my weekend scouring every inch of this beautiful beast (sorry honey, the gardening’s gonna have to wait!).

We are SO thrilled that InStyle chose a pair of Nashelle earrings from our “surface” collection to feature in their ‘Instant Style’ section.  We’ve been making these for a while and love them, but it’s great to see them get some InStyle love too!

Ok, so I was a MAJOR Beverly Hills 90210 fan back in the day, you know, when we all wore scrunchies and little babydoll dresses with tiny tees underneath and Doc Martens!  It was definitely a sad day for my circle of friends when the show ended - what would we do with our Thursday nights now??  Well, turns out we grew up, left the nest, and spent our Thursday nights doing “other things”.  Dylan who??

Years later when I heard the show was coming back, i have to admit i was a little excited…  Turns out I don’t have as much time on my hands as I used to back in the day to actually watch the new show, but it’s pretty hard to avoid pictures of the new fat-free cast traipsing all over town looking fabulous.

Ok, now the exciting part - the usually curly haired cutie Annalynne McCord from the show swung by our PR peeps’ office in NYC to do a little browsing and apparently just had to have our ‘Surface’ Tribeca Cuff Braclet.  We think it looks great on her, maybe she’ll send us her gorgeous handbag in return!

Okay, we didn’t exactly hire THIS guy (how funny would that be?!), but we’ve got our husbands, boyfriends, landlord, you name it, helping us with the exciting expansion of our studio/warehouse space!  For those of you who’ve been to Nashelle for a trunk show or to shop our outlet boutique, you know that we’re tucked away in this very non-glamourous industrial zone of Bend…  well, we’re pretty darn happy here and it has worked out to be this great hidden-gem of a space, so Heather decided to break down the wall of a newly vacant neighbor and basically double our space, YAY!!!  Heather, Kelly and Lauren all have their own offices now, and I’m gladly sharing my space with Megan.  The jewelers have some more room to spread their wings too, which i know they all appreciate.

I’ll be posting some pics of the new space very soon, but for now we’ll let this handsome fella linger in your mind for a while!
