Hot Damn, as if the world doesn’t know who Jessica Simpson is already, the girl has decided to sport our hand-stamped Lucky Bars necklace with her name on it, just in case!  It’s actually a pretty cute gesture if you ask me; we haven’t been shy about admitting our obsession with all things personalized, so who’s to say that a celebrity as big as Ms. Simpson can’t wear her own name as well.

So, I’m flippin’ through the latest Redbook with the beautiful Miss Jada on the cover looking as fresh as ever (how DOES she do it?), and spied our recycled Nashelle ‘peace & dove’ necklace! I swear, we never get over the excitement of seeing one of our pieces of jewelry in the press, especially a great shot like this one!

I gotta say, It’s pretty fun working for a  small, locally grown company on the rise, getting national recognition of all of our hard work!  We are proud to say that we still design, create and ship everything out of our Bend, Oregon studio and wouldn’t have it any other way.

YIPEE, it’s that time of year again; Bend’s awesome annual SUMMERFEST kicks off this weekend downtown, and NASHELLE will be there with a booth of our own!

So, if you’re a local Bendite, you know it’s always a fun weekend filled with tasty food, killer live music, activities for the kiddos and grownups alike, plus the festival always has great people watching!  If that weren’t enough, we’ll have a cute little booth selling a ton of our gorgeous handcrafted jewelry at prices that truly celebrate the beautiful season that has finally arrived!  If you’re an out-of-towner, it’s definitely worth the trip.  It all goes down this weekend, July 11-12, hope to see you there!
