Bend Bulletin article: “Bend jewelry designer makes celebs sparkle”
Although Nashelle Jewelry receives regular attention in the national media, for the most part we’ve “flown under the radar” here in our own hometown of Bend, Oregon. So we especially enjoyed the well-written feature reporter Anna Sowa recently wrote for our daily newspaper, The Bulletin.
“The High Desert is pegged for having a high concentration of entrepreneurial talent, and the world of fashion and style has noticed one such artisan,” reads the article. “Heather Beeson-Straw is the owner and designer of Nashelle Jewelry, a four-year-old company with a dozen employees that have seen their work in such magazines as Lucky, OK!, People, Brides, InStyle and O, The Oprah Magazine. Beeson-Straw also boasts inclusion in television programs including TLC’s “What Not to Wear,” and the clientele of various celebrities, from tween sensation Miley Cyrus to Mischa Barton and Sheryl Crow. All this press has helped solidify Nashelle as a global label, Beeson-Straw said.”
